Vector Moving & Storage

I had to schedule a last minute move due to the other company no show. This was less than 24 hours notice for my move. The movers showed up on time and carefully packed everything. I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. Thank you! I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

We contracted Vector Moving to offload a 40' container from overseas to our customers residence in San Diego. Every aspect of the move was handled perfectly according to the instructions we had submitted. From container offload to unpacking and staging furniture and boxes to designated rooms the highly motivated crew accomplished every task without any problem. Why I decided to give this a 5 Star rating is that I had asked Vector to come back a few days later to dispose some of the empty cartons and packing material which were left over. Guess what. Done - without any additional charge.

This past Sunday (yes, SUNDAY!), we had Travis and his team in our town home to move our belongings back into the home to which we were having renovations done. Travis came in, introduced himself and his team and immediately went to work. Several things stood out. First, EVERY member of the team was professional and courteous. They treated us with respect. There was no "NO" with this team. You want that moved? No problem. Extra things packed? No problem. I'm sorry, I didn't mention that in the contract. "No problem. These guys made a difficult move easy. That's all we heard during their time with us. "We're here to make your life easier". "We'll take care of it so you don't have to worry about it". I've only used one moving company in the past and that was 28 years ago. I never saw them or spoke with them. This group would do whatever we needed and then did it. No questions asked. And it was INEXPENSIVE! Do the math! Let Travis and his team come in, pack (or not) and move you into your new home so you can concentrate on your stuff. They absolutely have the move part covered. Hope I don't need to move again, but if we do, we'll definitely be using Vector (and we'll be requesting Travis!).

We are very pleased with the service we got for our move. We had stuff from one apartment going to another and picking up more belongings from the second to take to a storage garage. They were prompt, accommodating and worked hard the entire time they were hired. Vadim and Day carefully took our fragile glass furniture down narrow staircases and got all of our personal belongings where they needed to be in one piece. They drove with caution on the road and were very respectful of our time and our things. We move again in September and have plan on hiring them again. Thanks for the great work and for making an emotional move easy on us!
