I use Storage Genie, a part of Victory Van. Ever rented a storage unit, and when you needed stuff, you had to find time, then make sure you had enough room in your vehicle, then go there, shuffle through everything, find what you needed, repack everything back into the unit, lock up and leave...NOT with the Genie! With Storage Genie, you go to the website, you create an account. You set up an appointment that works for YOU! Some lovely professional furniture moving gentlemen come, you tell them what goes, they photograph EVERYTHING before it's put on the truck and number it. They pack it carefully, and then leave. You pay a monthly fee, just like a storage unit. And when you want your stuff...you go to the website, make an appointment, click on the pictures of the stuff you want delivered and they deliver it to you, ON YOUR SCHEDULE!!! I LOVE this! It has changed my life, I can actually use my garage, it's not filled with Halloween or Christmas decorations. Now as for customer service...hands down, the lady Christine who I think deserves the title of Queen, she's professional, friendly, can answer any question, and if she can't she will find the person who can. She will call you back when she says she will. I had to call her a few times because I couldn't figure out the website, honestly it was user error, she was so patient, she did her job, and she does it well.

I contacted Victory Van with an unusual request and they were prompt in their response, helpful throughout our many deliveries to their warehouse, on time in delivering to our location and very thorough in their follow up. Everyone was so great to work with and I look forward to working with them again. Coordinating a move from 2 states away can be very difficult and Victory Van made the process so easy and took any worries I had away. Thank you to the whole team!

After a delay in my goods being shipped from Europe, Victory Van ensured that, once they did arrive in the US, I received them as soon as possible. They were flexible working with my building's delivery restrictions/timing and the crew that delivered everything did so quickly, carefully and efficiently -- while at the same time ensuring that things had arrived undamaged. And it was all easy to arrange. I will definitely use them again.
