Never again. The worst company I ever dealt with in my life. Run don't walk away.

The personnel who came to the house were nice and I think they did a good job putting our stuff in storage. However, our floors did get several significant scratches. Communication through the claims process was extremely painful. You really have to keep calling and often they do not keep their promise to call you back. In our case we could not get a human voice for a week. We called Mayflower (they are an agent of Mayflower). Mayflower could not reach them for two days. Then we had a week where every time we called we were deflected to talk with ****** and told that ******* was definitely going to call us back the same day. This went on for a week without a single returned call. They did not want to expend energy on getting their own quote and asked us to spend our time doing it. We provided a quote and thought work was going to begin. At the last minute they backed out and wanted to have a contractor that they work with do a quote (this contractor's business is only about 1 year old business and there was no website or credentials. Long story short, the contractor could not / would not do the work quoted to Virginia Transfer and Virginia transfer instead offered us about $1350 less than the other quote (or 1/5th of what the other contractor said it would take). The whole time dealing with them has been a pain because they constantly try to get you into a drama triangle about how "person a" felt about the way their interactions went with "person b", and how "person d" heard from "person c" that "person b" acted in such a way and now everyone feels they are a victim (etc.). This is Elementary School stuff. I care about results. The floors were damaged by Virginia Transfer and they say they want to get them fixed or compensate for the damage. Lets not get caught up in drama.
