Horrible. These movers were hired for our military move to Virginia. Packed items incorrectly with heavy items smashing fragile items, incapable of spelling items correctly on the box. Movers didn't bring a big enough truck and were shoving our items into the truck, resulting in damages. Stolen items off truck that never made it to Virginia. Movers had no tools with them to take apart furniture and were constantly asking me for my drill and other tools. Extremely unprofessional. Luckily, the military will reimburse us but wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in the area. Save yourself the headache.

I had a great experience with this company. I defiantly recommend using.

Use these Jokers if you want your stuff rifled thru. 90% of our boxes that were kept in their storage facility were dumped out and repacked; after taking their fair share of our things of course. I guess veterans and active duty servicemembers aren't off limits. I'm filing a police report. They can deal with these guys.

Vito's showed up, packed everything and pulled out with the truck...moving us to Germany for the military. We went ahead to Germany with our suitcases and waited for our household goods to arrive. When the containers were unloaded from the truck outside our apartment and the doors of the containers were opened..NOTHING but wrapping paper and a broken TV. Investigation showed that the moving guys had pulled the moving truck down behind a vacant WalMart in our town and unloaded ALL of our household goods unto smaller trucks and trailers. Wedding jewelry, family pictures, heirlooms, EVERYTHING gone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...they are dishonest. I've read other reviews here saying that attrition is a problem, but right now they have good employees...are you REALLY willing to bet everything you own and hold dear on that??? YES, this really happened to us...I wouldn't waste my time writing this review just for the heck of it!!!!
