The owners have zero moving experience. The bought this place about 3 years ago and act like they have years of experience. I used to work with them and I started In ,1998 moving people. They don't have any structure. All I can say is it really depends on the crew they send to you. As to whether or not you'll have a good experience or not

Chose another moving company with nationwide reputation for an interstate move. May be good for local.

This is the third time we have used them. First time was great. Second time not as good. OK, everybody has an off day so we thought we would use them again. Not a good idea, worst of all. Just some of the damage: - Scratches on master bedroom foot board - Living room lamp shades dented - Dining room bench leg broken - Wicker dresser caster broken - Large decorative vase broken. No follow up call, even though they knew some items were broken. We had them do the packing for us, so I expected things to go well. Very disappointed in them and will not use again. Of course, not planning to move again but you never know...
