Review:

Fabulous! Really nice and professional movers. Extremely detail oriented and careful. I am very specific about my things. I have a lot of odd stuff, antiques, vintage clothing, rocks, and collectibles. I was really worried about moving these items as they are valuable to me and I didn't want them broken. Kevin was very helpful and gave me good suggestions for how it should be done to protect them. He organized everything and everything was in perfect condition when done. What I liked most is that he listened to my concerns and gave good consideration and solutions, rather than just blowing me off. They are fast and efficient and I will use them the next time I have to move.

Review:

I called to set up an appointment and had to call back several times before one could be scheduled. No-one seemed to have a record of our request. Finally, we had the home visit, and were promised a bid - we never got one or a call or anything. I would have gone with them because of the free box thing. Even if you are busy, it is just bad customer service.

Review:

Moved with them twice before and had good experiences. Recently called them to have them move me again. They put me on the calendar and said they were available for my move dates and would get out shortly to write the estimate. I waited over two weeks to hear from them again, only to have them tell me that they couldn't accommodate on my move dates now because they have a big office move to do at that time. They strung me along for over two weeks only to let me down and leave me to find another mover. Meanwhile, other mover's calendars have since filled up. Not a good way to do business, to leave a loyal customer hanging since a bigger job came along.
