Ward North American, Garland TX

Great crew that demonstrated great care for our possessions. On time, in uniform, and went over-and-above to make sure everything was packed well and protected.

Ward North American recently took care out our move out of state. We have moved multiple times in the past and without a doubt these guys were the BEST! Beginning with Jim, our sales rep, to Scarlett, our service rep, to our driver, Dax, and his crew ...everyone was fantastic. Our moving crew cared for our items as if they were their own. The packers and loaders/unloaders were courteous, professional and did such a great job. If you are planning a move, be sure to call them, you will be glad you did. I would give them 10 stars if I could, because with Ward North American, Dax and his crew you will definitely get 10 star service!

The crew showed up to start loading on time and made short work of it. They were very easy going and easy to get along with. They were surprisingly quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I had a time scheduled for an in home survey and he rescheduled for a simple phone call. After telling me I would have a quote that day he never sent it and I had to ask for one days later. That should have been the first clue this was not a service based company. Once I finally got my quote I declined it because I had obtained the same services with lower pricing with much better service elsewhere. My rep, Kris, then proceeded to tell me that “We certainly don’t strive to be the cheapest move possible”. This comment was unwarranted and quite frankly rude. Kris should certainly learn some much needed customer service skills before speaking with potential clients again.

The team start to finish communicated effectively, and ensured customer satisfaction. The driver (Randy) was professional and kept teams motivated in the loading and unloading process. Very timely and accurate delivery of goods without issues as well.
