Warners Moving & Storage

The guys were so polite when moving out of my house and very polite moving into new house. However, after the move in began at 8AM and I had to leave at 4PM , one hour before finished, I gave them a good tip. When I got home, I found 30 boxes clearly marked for basement put in the garage. They got lazy while I was not watching. So I had all these boxes to move to the basement and they kept my hand truck. Had to buy a new hand truck. Now I am finding horrible scratches on my furniture and missing hardware for shelves in bookcase. It cost me $11,000 to move. Make sure and don't leave before they are done, check their truck for items you will find are missing, and check everything for scratches. It is a lot to do while moving, but I trusted these guys. I gave them a good tip and they dumped all those boxes where they found convenient.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with this company, practically all of my furniture was damaged m, items were missing I spoke to the owner I filled out a damage claim and contact the office multiple times they promised to send someone out to look at the furniture, I have yet to have anyone contact me back or call me in reference to this. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone I hired a professional company they came with two younger adult Gentlemen that looked like high school kids, I packed all of the boxes myself all they had to do was put the boxes on the truck. When asked to place boxes in a certain area, they could not put them where I asked because they said the boxes were too heavy... The owner is rude and obnoxious. The move took place the 3rd of July and it’s almost the end of November and not one person has contacted me regarding my claim... DoNot use this company! I will be filing a claim in the court system and with the better business bureau.. I have given them ample time to rectify the problem.

My price was sky high. Way more than we estimated. I had all my boxes clearly marked for each room but ended up with things for the basement upstairs, the main floor up and in the basement, my kayaks were left in the yard because they wouldn't fit through the door... I got them in with no problem myself. 4th time and last time using them.

We would not recommend this company. We had extensive damage to woodwork and walls when movers took our furniture out, not to mention the damage to our refrigerator and numerous nicks and chips to our bedroom furniture and other items. We paid by the hour and the first crew, who we felt was high incompetent, took six hours to move us. They did not use protective blankets for our good furniture, did not load the truck well, i.e., my favorite trunk was at the very top of a stack unsecured!!! The second crew who moved us into our new home only took three hours and were much more professional in the way they handled our items. Overall though, we'd have to say we regret using this company.

I've had to move 3 times in the last year and my most recent one with Warners was by far the best and easiest of the 3. Good movers good experience
