Watts Brothers Moving & Storage Systems

I packed up my entire apartment at to move into my new home. When they got to my apartment it was 1:35 p.m. then at about 3 when they were not even halfway done they informed me that they close at 4 p.m. and had to be back at the office. My thought is is when you are moving someone there cannot be a set time so basically I paid $462.50 for 2/3 of an apartment to be moved now I have to hire another moving company to finish their job. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau as well as the attorney general. I'm on a set income with two grandkids I support and for someone to take your money like that and blatantly Miss inform you about everything is a terrible business tactic I bought anyone and everyone out there to never ever use this service. I called three or four times hoping to get a return phone call and maybe come to some kind of terms as to maybe finish moving me but to no avail I never got a phone call back but of course if I were a business owner I would not call back either I would be too ashamed never never used this company

Just moved to Huntington and used this wonderful company to get us here. Professional. Courteous. Respectful. Careful. Can't say enough good about them! Thanks for the great move, Calvin!!

Broken furniture, mishandled cartons labeled “fragile,” worked from 9-3:30pm, did not meet contractual obligations, constantly complained, shattered irreplaceable handmaid items, scarred a one-of-kind cabinet. It was a horrible experience. I strongly recommend you NOT use this company!
