Moved last year including bringing my car inside the moving truck. Car arrived with noticeable scrapes/damages that clearly could only have been caused by the move (e.g. see pattern of scrapes on the wheel hubcap that could only be caused by scraping against the side of the truck), and I found them the *next day* and filed a claim. Claim was denied because documents were already signed and the driver claimed I inspected the car upon arrival (not true). I was operating under the assumption that the driver should behave in good faith and would have pointed out potential damages (or at least ask me to inspect the car) before giving me forms to sign. Effectively, because they ask you to sign all documents immediately upon arrival, there is no reasonable way to inspect every item; at the same time the official process to discover damages post-move and file claims is essentially fake because they will just argue that you already signed the forms.

In short, the moving company and driver are very unprofessional and turned an incident involving significant damages into a he-said-she-said situation without recourse for the client. Be very careful proceeding with this company.
