They did an amazing job packing and moving my disjointed stuff from one storage facility to another. I didn't have to prepare anything. They got it all done quickly, which was a godsend for me because I had absolutely no time to pack things up or to supervise their work. I would highly recommend them.

I thought that the prices were reasonable, but I believe that out possessions could have been treated with more care. Average.

Overall, a terrible experience. Movers were poor in their performance and had no desire for customer service. They broke several items valued at well over $800. Was forced to deal with Cindi Crumley about my claim. After providing all the information, including pictures and the item numbers, I was offered a measly $60. The desk that they somehow completely broke was valued at $800. I highly recommend staying away from this company. There are plenty of other good moving and storage services in Portland. Terrible, terrible experience.
