WESTERN NEBRASKA M0VING & STORAGE, INC, Darrel Schilz has NOT changed ownership. Thomas Jon Harrison needs to know what he is talking about before making such and outrageous reveiw. He has no authority to make such a statement and would never be employed in a "Service Excellence" company as our. Patton Relocation Services is associated with our company and hauls under our authority, but HAS NOT purchased it. We continue doing business as we have for 39 years.
I have never dealt with more poor customer service in my life! I went in to pay my bill which admittedly i was a month behind on, fully prepared to pay all late fees. they said my bill was over $400! i told her that was incorrect and she proceeded to tell me i hadnt paid my bill for the last 5 months, 5 months!! why would they not have sent me to collections, and sold the unit in that length of time? or called, left a message?! Nope nothing. I made the absolute mistake of not keeping my receipts, lessoned learned, thinking they were a trustworthy company. VERY WRONG! I explained to the owner of the company that i had infact paid, he then asked if i had a receipt and when i told him no his response was "welp, thats not a very good policy to be throwing those out, nothing we can do about it"..... also while i was debating the bill with the receptionist she blatantly said "well its not like i pocketed the cash'.......... ok my fault for trusting people, so i went in and paid the entire bill, i wanted to be completly done with them!...... An hour later i get a call saying their red lock had been removed, but they cut off my personal lock as well! So the unit is sitting completly unprotected from any random person, or whoever these untrustworthy people happen to mention it to! So i question the owner why he cut my lock instead of just removing his lock off of it, and he said "well we really should of gone in and sold all your stuff instead of just cutting the lock"...... horrible horrible people and business! Again my fault for not keeping receipts, and trusting someone! Hopefully the next person they screw over isnt as gullible!
Each time has been great with the receptionist. but twice now we were not given our deposit back after calling multiple times. We do an excellent job of caring for our storage but he refuses to give a deposit back. It’s very frustrating. This has happened twice now. Very very unprofessional.
Very awesome group of people to have during a move. They were very careful of all the items we were having moved. They helped us set everything up and helped reset a few things that we had moved again. Very friendly and seemed to be a fun group of gentlemen, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who's moving.
