The moving experience was a pleasure and Roy was the King of movers. The packing was way better than I expected and nothing was damaged or broken

awful. wouldn’t even give 1 star but i had to rate something. they picked up my dad and i’s stuff in late november, it’s now early january and nothing has been delivered. he’s been told 3 different times that a driver has picked up our stuff and is on their way. we have been sleeping on the floor for over a month and have little to nothing because all of our things are in their care. also, customer server likes to not answer calls, he has to call upwards of six times until someone answers. i wouldn’t never recommend this moving company to anyone in my entire life. hire better drivers and get a more pleasant staff.

Dylon and Andre moves us on November 13,2019. We did the packing(for the most part) but they loaded everything into the truck. They were very, very professional and respectful of our stuff. They both had many years of experience and it showed. There was no down time for those two. We have a 5 piece leather sectional with 3 motorized recliners that they wrapped incredibly well. I was very pleased with them and the coordinator too. I would highly recommend!

My experience with Western Van in Kent WA is EXCELLENT! I received ALL of my inventoried boxes, which were shipped from Saudi Arabia in Dec 2015 and later stored at Western Van Line facility in Kent WA. My transfer experience was EXCELLENT. I contacted George Pena, and later met him in person on August 21, 2019. He managed the entire shipment from Kent WA to Cypress CA very well. The driver and the unloading crew performed excellently. They protected my floor really well and worked non-stop. All in all, EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR WESTERN VAN LINE, KENT WA

Want to share kudos for Mark and Dana who came out to help me pack up my mom's apartment, for a cross-country move. They did a great job.. a better job wrapping and packing than I would ever do. And with 100% less grumbling -- it's always enjoyable working with people who enjoy their job!
