The two movers that showed up at my move were both professional and fast. They did a first class job and I would recommend them very highly to anyone moving in the area! Five stars all the way !

Jose, Matt, Tony, Diego are work horses. I was totally amazed at how efficiently they loaded everything and unloaded everything. They took care to wrap fragile items. I think what amazed me most was that they never stopped and never complained about too many stairs or how heavy the furniture was. The guys were also very polite. A big thank you to Whitehouse Movers for making my move go so smoothly. Thank you Jose, Matt, Tony and Diego. You guys are amazing.

Good value for the money although some items got scratches.

Whitehouse Moving did an excellent job moving me. The staff were excellent from the booking of my move till the move itself. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible experience!! Not one piece of my furniture was delivered without scratches. My beautiful dining room table was damaged beyond repair, a hutch, a college chair, my cherry hopechest, and bed just to name a few. The person they sent out to repair the damage could not fix the cracks and said he would speak to the owner. I called several times and was told he was really busy but would call me and I never heard back. I have gotten estimates on all my damaged items and plan to file a claim. I was also missing several boxes, one which contained a brand new IPod that I purchased for a gift for my daughter and a $25 gift card. Several months later it still has not materialized!! How do they loose boxes when I only moved 1/4 of a mile down the road? I was also overcharged from the original estimate!! These things all happen because it is a stressful day and you are trying to do so much and it is hard to keep track of things so dishonest movers like these people take full advantage of the situation. All I can tell you is BEWARE of Whitehouse Moving Co from Stoneham! Make sure all your boxes are fully taped or tied with string. I would also suggest numbering each box. Keep a list with a brief note as to what is in the box and it will make things easy to track and also to find things at your destination. Finally, make sure each valuable piece of furniture is fully covered with a blanket before it leaves your house and do not be afraid to look inside the truck to see how things are packed.
