I used Whitehouse movers about a year ago and they were excellent. The 3 guys who moved me made it stress free and brought 2 trucks. I even had 2 people come to help me pack and they were excellent. A++++++ for everyone. Great company would use again.

THIS GROUP IS A SCAM!!! Do not use!!! They are horrible! Once they hook you, they will do everything in their power to add additional charges at every turn. They have also been known as "Presidential Moving" and "Public Moving"They have a D- rating with the BBB. Read reviews on Yelp. Not the 4 and 5 stars, which they put in themselves, or pay people to place (check the posting dates!!!). Look at the 1 and 2 star ratings.

I do have one good thing to say: the guys that moved us were extremely polite. That being said-- Terrible experience with our 8/31 move. Estimate was for 4 hours, it ended up being double due to a 15 foot truck being sent to move us. We had sent a complete list of furniture, and overestimated the number of boxes to ensure this would not happen, but to no avail. So everything did not fit, and the crew had to make two trips. A custom made desk was damaged when the crew attempted to shove it through a doorway that they should have known was too small, and a lamp was broken. (The crew claimed to not have tools to disassemble the desk, but suddenly had tools to take apart a table.) When taking items out of our home, a king size box spring was dropped, and it bounced down the oak staircase and left a hole in the wall. The person that wrote up the bill overcharged us by almost $600, and that was annoying but whatever. We were refunded. It only made my account overdrawn, no big deal. I have been in contact with Lynda from this company, and probably because I am not backing down, her emails are starting to ooze attitude. I wanted one hour of labor to be reimbursed, as well as costs covered for the damaged desk I would never never NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Go with a larger company with better staffing that knows what they are doing.
