Good luck if you have damage done, I have called so many times as the movers broke a piece of my furniture and I either get yes I'll get back to you, or no response at all I think I've called no less than five times.

This place is a joke. We used them to move from Port Clinton Ohio up to Jackson Michigan and they were a mess from the start. We told them we were moving to an upstairs apartment, multiple times but when they got to where we were moving to all of a sudden nobody knew it was upstairs. They lost the screws that hold together our antique table that has been handed down through 3 generations, then ripped a snag in our brand new 1,000 dollar couch, and then left over half or stuff downstairs, because the movers said the stuff wouldn't fit up there stairs. There are two disabled people living here, hence the reason for hiring them, and we were able to get the rest of our stuff up here without issue. They said there stuff wouldn't fit and they lied. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. The owner basically blamed us for the damages and denied everything. Never again

We just hired Woleslagel for our local move this past November 2018. It appears that they have difficulty keeping the same crew, and despite their web site claiming "Our customers want to be assured that the same experienced crew of people who pack and load their possessions will be the same people who deliver those possessions to their new home; not a different crew", that was not the case for our move. Furthermore, we unfortunately sustained two broken pieces of furniture, our bedroom armoire during their loading process, and our dining room table during the unloading process. But by far the most disappointing thing was working with Tom Woleslagel in trying to get them to pay for the repairs. We'll NEVER use Woleslagel again, and we certainly cannot recommend them.

I moved from Louisiana to Fremont last year and used Woleslagel to unload my truck from ABF Freight, it was done in a timely matter, had one small "incident" but was CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with their immediate response so when I needed some large furniture moved from my house here in Fremont across town to my brothers house , due to their EXCELLENT service I immediately called them for the job and as usual they met my expectations of professional service. I am needing something moved from my garage to an upstairs bedroom soon and I will be calling on them again.
