DIDN’T SHOW!!! I never post bad reviews, but I am absolutely flabbergasted. We reserved a time and even called to confirm with a live person the afternoon prior to the move date!!! They left us in a total bind and no time to find a viable alternative. I am really, truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and attention to the most basic business matters... I would give them 0 stars if I could because that’s exactly how much help I got.

We used Woodland Moving last week to move within town. We had Luis, Michael and Albert, and we were very happy with our experience. The gentlemen were just that: gentlemen! They were polite and hard-working and careful with our things. They were extremely appreciative of the lunch we provided. They communicated well, making sure things were put in the right place, and they worked very well together. The move was billed on an hourly basis, but they never seemed to hang around to waste time. They were always moving! I highly recommend Woodland. From getting a quote (from Jonathan) all the way through the time that they pulled out of our driveway, we were pleased. Their price was very competitive, too, and for a small fee, they took large furniture off our hands (much cheaper than trying to get a permit and get it to the town dump!). Thanks, guys!

Louis and his crew did an incredible packing job which successfully started us off on this journey to Virginia. And we were truly touched By Louis’ care packing all of the figures of our Nativity and the manger itself. They are so special to us as they were created by my Mom piece by piece over several years. They are ceramic and some figures are especially fragile. They arrived in wonderful condition. Lewis heard my anxiety because they are precious cargo, and packed them himself to ensure their safety. He was successful! As we packed them away again last week when the holidays came to a close , I knew I needed to write this note to thank Louis and our packers. We wish you all a blessed year, and please do something special to reward Louis and our packing crew. You already know that we think the world of Rico... he’s a special asset to your company and has exceptional customer Service skills. We are grateful that he was our mover.
