They’ve moved my stuff twice in a decade and done a wonderful job of it.

These people showed up to our driveway on the scheduled day and called us to say they couldn’t move our stuff. They said our driveway was too steep, even though when we had warned them of this concern weeks prior they had said it wouldn’t be a problem. I look outside and see that it’s the same size truck as what I myself have driven down our driveway without problem. As I walk towards them to explain this, they drive away. I called and they said their truck gets stuck easily, apparently more easily than a U-Haul rental of the same size. So if you want to be stuck with all your large furniture in the wrong house on the last weekend of good weather, call these guys. If you actually want to move, find someone else. Happy Thanksgiving!

Have used Zolar for 20 years. Moved many times. Great movers. Know what they are doing. Took great care of my furniture. Would not want to use anyone else. Always within estimate no extra charges.

I was disappointed with this company. They broke 2 of my cabinets and then had the nerve to ask for a tip! One of the guys did nothing but complain within earshot of me.

Zolar has handled some pretty nutty jobs for me over the years-woodstove on top of six inch hearth? Done. Move office into kitchen and back again? Done. An Ithaca Institution-Highly recommended.
