Des and TJ moved my son from atlanta back to South Ga. Great people to work with. Des does a great job communicating. These gentlemen were first class movers and the price was very reasonable. Wouldn't have been able to get it done without them. These are great men to work with. Thank you guys for making this happnen on short notice.

Shipment day came and went without a single word from the company.

Most likely the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. Sent the following email to Mr. Adams, with no reply as of yet.

Mr. Adams,

I wanted to take a minute and give you some feedback on the experience we had with your moving service. First off, the booking process was great! Sierra was friendly and helpful, even when I had to change the date. She was very accommodating. Unfortunately, that’s the only praise I can offer. From the moment the crew arrived I knew we were in trouble; no one was friendly and not one acted like they wanted to be there. As I’m sure you know, moving is one of the most stressful events in the life of a family so a little kindness goes a long way. I have never seen of group of men move so slowly. It was like their feet were in quicksand, and I’m not exaggerating. No one showed any hustle or drive. At times it seemed as though they were intentionally doing this. We had a 3-man crew, and it took them 5 hours. I think a good 2-man crew would’ve been done in 3 at the most. The guy who seemed to be in charge was vaping in the house while we moved, not a good look. He walked in one time and said to guy 2 about guy 3, “He won’t be on this crew for too much longer, one less problem I have to deal with!” However, it was what happened next that truly ruined the experience, his first comment upon arrival to our new home was, “Man this is a BIG DOWNGRADE!” This we found very offensive, after we have worked hard and busted our butts to build a brand-new home for our family. At that point I just wanted them gone, it was truly a terrible experience.

There was also some damage below that no one seemed to know anything about. One to our baseboard stairs and the other to our brick steps from the ramp, I have sent pics below.

I’m sure that you have some crews that are great, in fact, you came highly recommended. With that being said, after our experience I could not, in good faith, recommend your services to anyone.

I wanted to make you aware, because if it was my company I would want to know.

Company underestimated amount of furniture in my house, resulting in a second truck. My belongings in the 2nd truck were dumped in a dingy military warehouse (not temperature controlled) without my knowledge or consent. Company couldn’t find a driver to cross state lines between load date 7/22/23 to 8/11/23 (date picked up from storage). Second delivery was 8/14/23 (guaranteed delivery date was 7/31/23. Many broken, damaged and missing items from 2nd truck. Claim process is a joke, compensation was extremely minimal compared to the loss. They make it difficult at every turn to be compensated. The driver of the overload truck threw my belongings in the truck like it was garbage. I’ve seen better organization at the county dump. Expensive wood furniture was not padded and misc. items were just thrown in large boxes. Full complaint filed with BBB. Worst moving company around.

I gave 3 stars because the service was mixed. I had a two-day packing job, and the first crew was problematic. Ricky and Dillon started packing, but while Dillon did a great job, Ricky packed my kitchen and garage so poorly that the second crew had to repack most of it. Ricky’s packing was terrible—photos show bowls stacked together with just a piece of paper around them, or items simply tossed into boxes (see photos). At one point, he wrapped two cups by placing them facing each other and wrapping them together. That summed up the quality of his entire pack job. Nothing in the garage was wrapped properly either; not a single item was brown-wrapped like it should have been. I don’t believe all of the boxes Ricky packed were repacked so I suspect I’ll be filing for damages on a lot of things.

A woman named 'T' showed up three hours late on the first day and focused on starting a 'Donation Box' instead of packing. I had already organized my house, including placing all my candles in the laundry room. By the end of the day, 'T' picked up a Halloween candle that had been moved from the laundry room to the kitchen (not by me or my husband) and said, 'Look what I found.” She opened it and passed it around, clearly wanting it, so I felt pressured to offer it to her. Later, I found three more candles hidden in a cabinet, wrapped in moving paper and placed in a plastic bin (see photo), which made me think she intended to take them unnoticed.

On the second day, the team overall was much better. There were two other packers, Lanie and a male who was usually a mover but was packing for the first time. Both were attentive, thorough, and listened to what I asked of them. However, I had issues with a woman named Maie, who kept insisting a lot of items, like small plastic bins, trash cans, buckets, fans, bicycle pieces, baskets, etc… should be left for the driver, despite my request to pack everything in boxes for storage. To force her to pack these items, I had to pile them in the middle of the room. The driver later confirmed that loose items create a mess, so it was the right decision. Some of the packing crews seemed rushed and uninterested in the job, even though I was quoted for a three-day pack job.

However, the driver and his crew, who came from Georgia, were fantastic. They had great attitudes, showed real care for everything in my house, and caused zero damage to my home. Hopefully, everything packed in the truck was done just as well. They were really great!

Truck was delivered on time and the customer service has been stellar. Avoid the brokers and use Upack, save yourself a ton of money and hassle. The decreased cost for extra space is amazing, even if you estimate wrong it hardly a cost to add space. I will recommend to everyone I come across, super impressed!!!
