I have used OMX for three office moves and each one has gone like clockwork. The sales rep on the front end does a great job communicating and making sure everything is set up. Then, on the day of the move, each time the guys have been great. They have been punctual, careful with our belongings, and they make sure everything is set up how we want it before they leave. I also thought that the cost is very reasonable. They're 3 for 3 with us, so I know that I'll call them again when we need to move.

I've been in the military for almost 26 years and I've moved 12 times. Bonded Moving and Storage provided the worst service of all the movers I've had both overseas and CONUS. Everything from losing and damaging furniture to damaging walls with no regard to employees cursing my wife and hanging up the phone...these guys are truly the worst. I don't do many reviews because everyone has a bad day and with every move, there is a chance for something to get damaged but these guys are very disrespectful and just don't care.

Swanner did my PCS move from Maxwell in 2018. They did a nice job. The movers were always on time, did everything I asked, and packed my goods carefully. On the distant end, we had a few broken items, but truthfully, these were few and far between. I was very nervous when I saw the other terrible reviews, but I completely disagree with their reviews. Mr. Stough, Supervisor Curtis, and the folks who came to my home worked hard, never complained, and packed my household items well. Was it perfect, no. Was it abysmal... absolutely not! I would recommend Swanner to a friend for a job well done.
