They did a great job, even putting our mattresses in plastic protective covers, shrink wrapping and covering all the furniture to keep it safe and clean. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Helped my sister in law and myself finish clearing out her apartment and garage. Jamel and Austin did such a great job and didn’t complain at having to go to four locations to drop off items! I was so pleased I called back and spoke with Marquise who was extremely professional and polite. He went ahead and set up the company to come back and consolidate some things I have in storage into one unit! Professional company, quality and careful service. I recently bought a house and hired them to fix my foundation and install a vapor barrier in the crawl space. The foundation fixing went fine but the vapor barrier install went poorly. All debris was supposed to have been removed from the crawl space prior to the vapor barrier install. Only a small portion of the debris was removed. Also, the vapor barrier seams were supposed to be taped off. No seams were taped. On top of this the crew damaged piping in the crawl space and attempted to fix it on their own. There were still multiple leaks in the crawl space after they left. I had water pressure issues as well. Don Kennedy said they would hire someone to fix the plumbing, but after days of not hearing back and barely being able to use the shower, I hired someone to fix it on my own. This cost over $300. The general manager at Don Kennedy said that if I sent over an invoice I would be reimbursed. It has been weeks and when I call to follow up, they now hang up on me. Very unprofessional service and I would not hire them.
