Everyone hates moving but the easiest of this process was the truck rental! Penske rates are the best in town.. vehicles clean and modern. Visa (not the card, but employee) was OUTSTANDING! The rental process took longer than normal because of computer issues. Visa was patient, kind and professional. Thank you for making an otherwise unpleasant day quite nice!

CubeSmart in Saraland, Alabama has a good office staff with resident manager for 24-hour available if needed. Both Melissa and Joe treated me with friendliness and respect. The prices are good for it's location, and insurance is included in monthly rent. Storage Units are in need of updating and driving lanes need better drainage and resurfacing. This team will make a big difference for it's customers.
