Wetumpka Moving Companies 2020

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I had to abruptly leave my NYC apartment building and move home although my lease was ending this month. I called Imperial Moving & Storage to see if they could pack up all my belongings and store them until I returned to NYC. I spoke to Fernando over the phone who helped set up a crew to go and pack and move out for me. A few days prior to the move out date, they called to confirm everything and were so kind and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. Ben was in charge of the move and he did a phenomenal job packing and moving everything. From dissembling my furniture, to packing all the clothes still hanging in my closet, he did everything with care and efficiency. They moved very fast and left the apartment spotless. Of course, when you are not present, it can be a little unsettling having someone else pack up all your belongings but I felt extremely comfortable as Ben kept me updated throughout the move, facetiming me when necessary. I recommend this company and crew to everyone! They are efficient, kind, and reasonable priced. I could not thank them enough!

I tried calling Two Men and a Truck and received no response. I ended up going with Motivated Movers who answered their phone and got my business. Even after leaving a message I never received a call back.

If you want damaged goods with claims that are extremely unreasonable then this is your company. If I could give them a minus 5 I would. They are rude, don't care how late your belongings are and sure as heck don't care about tearing up your belongings. They tell you it takes 4 months to complete your claims and then don't tell you that all correspondence will be via their site. 30 days go by, you don't know that info and they close your case for 'lack of interest' with no appeal recourse. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your money with iths company as you will be very sorry.I signed a damage settlement almost 2 months ago and still have not received payment.

They were awesome! I thought I was about to have to cut up a couch to get it out of the house because it wouldn't fit through the new door I installed. They got it out through a second story window instead!!!!

This is the third move i have used this Two Men and a Truck. They always show up earlyand finish long before the quoted time. Always friendly. Always professional. Highly recommended!

We used this company for a commercial move and they did a great job. Very professional and they took their job seriously. They went above and beyond and even corrected my packing. 5 stars!

The rep who assisted me at this store is a tall, bearded man. As soon as he handed me the truck, I took a picture of the odometer. On the contract, he had mileage out that was lower than what I saw before I started moving. The mileage out should be the odometer mileage when the truck is handed to the customer, not the mileage that may be on their records when the truck was returned by a previous customer. Also, unknown to me, there was a dolly in the back that I had not even reserved. I saw it only when I opened the back to load my stuff. I was surprised, to say the least and wondered if I will be billed for it. Guess what? I was billed for it even though I had not used it. And how did he know that I had used it? When I called this morning, he told me that the plastic tab that was attached to the dolly was broken. When I try to assure him that I had not even touched the dolly, his response was rude and something like "we have a lot of customers who say they didn't use the dolly but they actually did." In short, he had just accused me of lying! My question is: why was the dolly even there in the first place? I had not reserved it! And if there was something in the back of the truck, he should have opened the back and shown it to me. I would have asked for the dolly to be taken out. Further, how do I know that tab wasn't broken before the truck keys were handed to me? So, this was a clear case of an attempt to cheat a customer. I wonder how many people this store rep has cheated. Next time, if I ever rent again from this location (which I very much doubt) or any other, I will make certain to open the back and have them remove any extra stuff I did not order! Any attempts at talking with the rep over the phone was met with rude, curt, and insulting responses. The phone call was recorded by the location, so that will provide evidence of whether I am telling the truth about the rep's attitude and lack of respect towards me. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU RENT A TRUCK AT THIS LOCATION. INSPECT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND HAVE THEM REMOVE EVERYTHING YOU HAD NOT RESERVED.

Good professional moving service that is fairly priced and good overall service. The crew showed up on time and performed all necessary move work to my satisfaction. I have used them a handful of times for small internal moves.

If you want the best of the best you want Larry Smith. I have moved a few times while my wife has multiple times. Larry is the most professional, courteous, and accountable Owner Operator we've used. Incredible that our tons of stuff made this long distance journey without any mishaps. Never seen anyone pack a truck like Larry. You will say the same once you use him and his nephew Mike. What a tandem. Don'f forget to stop by when you're coming through Texas Larry.
