Should be negative STAR FOR THIS REVIEW. Please Please don't consider this company to move ANYTHING! Worst experience EVER! Took advantage of my 88 year old mother in law in more ways than I can count! $$$, lost/broken furniture, did not deliver when promised and had to make 2 trips!!! Who does that??? Not professional at all! Do your homework and research well before choosing a moving company to handle your precious possessions. She passed away yesterday and even with dementia; she never stopped asking where the items were that were NEVER delivered. All I can say is KARMA!

To begin I will state that this is the 5th moving company I have used, so I have multiple experiences to compare this to. The good: When I called the ladies on the phone were super sweet and helpful. The movers themselves were nice and respectful. The bad: When I called to schedule my move I went through all of the rooms of my house but expressed to the person on the phone that we had a LOT of stuff and asked if they should send someone out to take a look. She assured me the truck would be big enough... the truck was not big enough and we had to leave several things behind and thus spend the next two days making multiple trips to move the rest of our things. Cost: When I called I was told two men at x amount per hour. On moving day they showed up with three men. The gentleman in charge advised me that they brought a third person, it would be an up charge BUT he felt it was the better option to save us money and get the move completed sooner. We agreed of course, nobody likes to move, these guys are professionals so lets get it done quicker. This left one person to stack items in the truck and two to move - made sense to me. They moved SO SLOW it was painful. Every moving company I have used in the past the movers were "moving with a purpose" as we called it in the military. I understand they needed to give the guy in the truck time to stack and arrange but dang it. We finally get the truck loaded and we are ready to get down the road. The driver said he was going to take "the back way" basically for the drive to the new house - not the interstate. This raised concerns because old hwy 71 in Arkansas is hills and curves - we worried about our belongings. Upon arrival came the unloading. The driver was AWESOME at backing the truck into our new driveway uphill - serious props to THAT GUY! The unload went better than the loading. However, when they got to my fridge it got bad. They measured the door they wanted to take it into and decided it would not fit - but they were going to try it anyways. They got it on the dolly and tried, it did not fit and it was obvious very quickly. I expressed to them that they could take the doors off but they said no need as they continued to try. They had to take it back out the house and through the front door. Again, kudos to them because they had to pick it straight up about 4 feet to get it on the porch to get inside. The end result was my fridge is in the house but it is SCRATCHED all the way through the paint, my wood back door has a huge deep scratch in it, my front door has a similar scratch, my screen door frame also has similar scratches. This is a 3 month old $1,300 black fridge that now exhibits bright silver scratches. Next came my microwave, one of the feet on it was busted off, my entertainment center leg got completely broken, my dryer has a huge dent in the top of it, and as we continue to unpack we continue to find more things that are broken or smashed in some way. The guys showed up at my house at 10:00 am and left at 7:00 pm. I bought them lunch and gatorades and found out after the fact that I also paid for their lunch break. I would not complain at ALL about the overall price or quality of service if I had not paid the price I had paid. If I pay premium amounts I expect premium service, not the level of damage our belongings we incurred. I wouldn't even complain about the length of time it took because I certainly do not want to do it - hence I hired movers. I look at the idea that this is a professional moving company, I paid a premium cost, and I have never with any of the other moving companies I have used sustained this level of damage to my belongings.

I recently had to relocate my family to Little Rock from Fort Smith. I was having a very rough year due to emotionally draining family problems. The LAST thing I wanted to do was pack boxes, load furniture, and all of the other excruitiating, physically grilling tasks that come with moving. I called around town in a ditch effort to find some help. Everyone I spoke with highly recommended we use AHarris moving due to their professionalism, flexibility and honesty. Boy were they right! They took care of EVERYTHING quickly, professionally, and with such a great attitude! They were on time and worked tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied.
