If you call they don't speak English. If you go there, they're not there. You can't even get in the place. It's ' remote managed' which means they're not from here. They don't live here. They don't come here and they don'tcare about you. They won't answer their phones in English. And they're completely unhelpful if anything goes wrong. This place is pretty much worthless. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I've rented from Chuck and Marlene twice now and always top notch.
I can always count on a unit, if non available, they always call me as soon as one opens up. Great customer service ??
