Inconvenient delivery time of 9:30 pm on a Sunday. The movers then tried to claim that our moving blankets in fact belonged to them and left with two of them. The next day I got a call saying that they delivered someone else's furniture to our address and was accused of knowingly keeping their furniture. That late on a Sunday night we were only checking to make sure everything we had contracted was delivered, because it's not my job to do their job. 4 chairs and 3 boxes is what they were missing. We put the chairs on the porch for them to pick up and they accused me again of keeping these 3 boxes that they lost.
A big hassle all around, untrustworthy and rude drivers. Get insurance because they will probably lose your stuff.
