The only reason I put one star is because the 2 men doing the actual move were very good, courteous and worked hard. The foreman on the job was awful. He basically stayed in the truck the entire time and when completed he shoved the paperwork in front of my and simply said to sign it. I couldn't even ask one question without him snapping and saying 'I don't like your attitude'.
After reviewing the contract after they left, they charged for items that were not even used - one of which was very obvious. The others, I couldn't prove as I didn't keep track. JP refunded me that money for the one grouping of charges that was obviously not used. They also claimed that the foreman had issues, but still put him on my job. Very disappointing.

I just simple want to acknowledge the whole team involved with our move. Very smooth!

I am not a big fan of moving but Gentle Giant made our moving experience painless! Rolando, Shane and Chris, THANK YOU!!!! Great group of professionals! A pleasure working with you all!

If you actually want to have a good time while you're going through the stress of moving, hire Big Foot Moving. Humor helps to keep the nerves under control. We had the comedy team of Chuck, Gio, Alex M, and Mike to do our move, and they were courteous, kind, quick, careful...and FUNNY. Many thanks to mother nature, who provided us with a snowstorm the night before. Still, they finished the job in under the estimated time. Nick was our sales guy, and everything he promised was true!

Extremely displeased with BHM. After running over a light post, BHM failed to respond to numerous, emails, phone calls and even text messages. They failed to take responsibility and provide payment to the electrician for the damage they caused. This resulted in a summons to my residence & BHM by the electrician, to which BHM failed to show up. Fortunately for us, due to their absence, the lawsuit is now between BHM & the electrician!
