Keep in mind: THEY FLAUNT A BBB RATING WITHOUT ACTUALLY BEING REGISTERED WITH THEM. Great salesmen who appear to want to work with you. Once the contract was signed and the deposit was made I felt good. Then, a day before they're supposed to arrive, Joseph, the rep working on my move, told me that due to a driver needing personal time off of work, we'd have to reschedule my move by a day. Okay, no big deal. I then receive a call the next day from a different rep who tells me everything is on schedule and that I'll receive a call later in the day with a time frame for the movers to show up the following morning. I got nothing. Come move day. I ask Joseph why nobody has called me, and he says they will soon. Hours pass and I text him again. He says they'll call in a bit. Joseph stops replying. Hours pass, again. I spend more than an hour on the phone with customer service trying to see what's happening, and surprise, the moving truck broke down and that's why dispatch couldn't contact me. Luckily I was able to secure a refund of my initial deposit and will be gladly taking my business elsewhere. Maybe the moving truck broke down, maybe it didn't. Stuff happens. Regardless, I was left hanging for hours before I could reach anybody. Don't go through this company. They'll move your stuff but they aren't reputable or professional. You're on their schedule and make you shell out money up front before giving you the runaround.
Manny and his crew were fantastic. They were efficient, easy to work with, and did a great job. I highly recommend them. They also work well together as a team, and everything flowed very nicely. These men enjoy what they do and do it well! A special shout out to Luke for a job well done.

ACCLAIMED MOVERS TRANSFERRED MY STORED THINGS WITH THEM, AND THEY ARRIVED DAMAGED, LOST, BROKEN AND DIRTY DUE TO IMPROPER STORAGE AND CARELESS MOVING. I CALLED THEM ON MY MOVING DAY, DECEMBER 12, 2019. THE OWNER DAVID GLETTNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. ON THE CONTRARY, THEY FOUND ONE OF MY PIECES OF FURNITURE, AN ANTIQUE 8 FOOT LONG TABLE, AND REFUSED TO DELIVER IT TO ME. I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY IN ADVANCE, AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALLS AFTER I INSISTED THEY FIND MY THINGS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH. LACK OF HUMANITY, MORALS, AND INTEGRITY BY THE OWNER/ACCLAIMED MOVING AND STORAGE. THEY HAVE NOT OFFERED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPLACING ITEMS THAT WERE ESSENTIAL FOR EVERYDAY LIVING IN ADDITION TO PAYING FOR THE TABLE THAT WAS LOCATED, TO SHIP IT TO ME WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS HAPPENED TODAY, 1 1/2 MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL PAID DELIVERY! ACCLAIMED MOVING AND STORAGE ARE OBVIOUSLY WRITING THEIR OWN REVIEWS AS THERE ARE 27 CLAIMS AGAINST THEM IN 2 YEARS TIME. ASK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND RESEARCH THIS COMPANY CAREFULLY. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. MY THINGS WERE AMAZING AND 40 YEARS OF COLLECTING BEAUTIFUL PIECES FROM FRANCE, SPAIN, ETC. GORGEOUS LINENS, PILLOWS, VINTAGE WOOL BLANKETS, CHILDS ANTIQUE ROLL TOP DESK, VACUUM CLEANER, ETC. ETC. A LIST TOO LONG TO WRITE...ALL GONE
