Very rude and disrespectful! I asked for names the young ladies, that I’ve spoke too, and they wouldn’t give up names! Didn’t like that they cut off my lock without notifying the customer! It’s Very unprofessional! Stephanie and Rosa! Was the 2 ladies that I’ve spoken too, regarding my storage’ However Whenever there’s a problem and I ask for a supervisor , there’s never a supervisor! So irritating with them! They need to learn how to talk to their customers. I like the storage! It’s just the people!

This PODs facility is amazing! What a great way to have some time and flexibility to access a storage and/or moving container. The employees here are fabulous! So attentive, responsive, professional, and kind. Rosalinda has literally saved me twice and I will appreciate it forever, cannot give enough kudos to her and the whole team I've had the pleasure of interacting with.

Loading in Los Angeles was handled extremely well. Delivery of trailer in St Louis was a bit of a problem: the dispatcher missed the delivery window. I called and he didn't know that he had a trailer in his lot that was supposed to be delivered. He rounded up a driver and delivered the trailer few hours late. But I had to reschedule HireAHelper to next day for the unloading

Tractor Trailer 53’ driver. My appointment window was from 8am-12. I arrived about 730am. Parked truck outside the gate located at the dead end of the street. Walked into location, I Was greeted by employees in different department who politely guided me to the appropriate receiving point of contact. Docking is outdoor style ramp. Enough space to make a U turn and dock blindside. Blindside is typically not best choice but it was enough space to get it right. Be patient and take your time. Once aligned you must slide tandems all the way to the back of your trailer, no exceptions as dock goes down in an incline and receivers need trailer back sitting high. Receiver helped out and unloaded entire full 53’ trailer in about 1hr 45 min after I docked. Shipment is unloaded and counted by receiver. I’m sure not always this smooth but the people definitely were great and with good spirits. Good energy goes a long way so always be positive and open to customer client positive interaction. Best move experience I’ve ever had. Setting up the timing was super easy. The guys showed up on time and moved fast but were very careful with all my belongings. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
