El personal es muy amable y atento, rentamos un espacio en el segundo piso pero no servía el foco, lo reportamos y según políticas de la empresa teníamos que esperar hasta que se juntaran 10 quejas de lo mismo, muy molesto, no volvería a rentar con ellos si no arreglan el problema. Revisen primero que sirva el foco antes de rentar!

Excellent service with clear communication! I hired Jebel Moving Company on very short notice to pickup and deliver a very heavy antique hutch I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. I found Jebel on FB Marketplace too. Unlike other movers, their price was very clear in their listing. They arrived when they said they would. The pick up had many exterior stairs and they didn't have any problem. I was able to pay a deposit online and then the rest after the delivery. They sent me a photo showing the item delivered (I couldn't be there). I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

This company is a nightmare! The tools their movers use, are like pocket toys to play with them. They did not use large boxes. Vice versa, they would take each piece of the furniture, including chairs, etc., separately. They would not care about breakable items such as lamps, etc. and did not bother to read the labels, putting those boxes upside-down, covering with heavy furniture above. They would not use the door stoppers, spending time waiting for the neighbors to open the front door, and opening again each door on the way inside. Not only that, but they worked very slow, and spent 9 hours on the same delivery that a Chinese moving company in Daly City completed within two hours two years ago. The Ararat Moving LLC, DBA SF Local Moving company workers did not use lunchtime break, which made them working even slower in the afternoon. The manager, who is possible the company owner, presented as an unstable person. He yelled at me when I said that the movers worked very slowly, and in the middle of the unloading, demanded to immediately pay in cash for the delivery, threatening me to take away the rest of my stuff. I had to call the police to proceed with unloading as I didn’t have enough cash. Because the movers did not properly pack the furniture, they damaged two expensive pieces, an Italian white leather sofa, and a hard wood dining table. The insurance that this company uses would cover only 60 cents per pound, but when I called there, the insurer advised to contact the company manager, which I could not do because of his misbehavior in the past.
