I’ve been very happy so far with the ease of setting up my move with Pack Rat. The representatives on the phone have been very easy to communicate with. I had to contact them to make a change and they assisted me and made it very easy. I was contacted prior to delivery of container and was able to give specific directions to the driver, Tyler. He was on time, and very professional. I’ll follow up with another review, once I’ve finished my move and container is brought to my new home.

Help customers in line with a payment in their hands instead of answering the phone and making them wait a half hour in line to buy packing supplies. Pay attention to the customer in your store.
