Lancaster Moving Companies 2026

I booked Campbell's a week in advance to move a piano up a flight of stairs and onto my trailer. I was told they would call when they were on their way and that they would arrive at 3:00. At 3:10 I called to ask what their ETA might be. No one answered so I left a voice message with my phone number in case they needed it. I called again at 3:20 and at 3:30, no one answered the phone. They never showed and didn't return my call until 6 am the next business day. I was told they had written both my phone number and address down incorrectly. Maybe that is true. Regardless, I would highly advise not using them as their actions have shown me that they are not reliable.

Do not hire this company to move your belongings. The movers will steal your boxes. I have reached out several times to get the issue resolved. I finally was able to speak with someone by the name of Mac. Who is very disrespectful and rude. I was asked to prove that the boxes was stolen. Very bad business.

They make moving enjoyable rather than stressful. Very accommodating and professional. Everyone needs a storage unit during and after a big move. We didn't realize we needed 2! With the discounts and offers the company makes available to its customers we were able to cover the costs for 2 along with their monthly storage and transportation costs. I highly recommend!

They very attentive to the customer needs and the premises are in great condition the storages are well maintained and cared. Everything you put in the re is secure with a gate surveillance system and a lock they provide for your unit.

Michael Schafer Jr. and his crew of men are absolutely amazing. These guys are the most friendliest, most professional group of men I have come across.

This has the worst customer service service NOONE is ever there. Then you call everyone will answer but them. Go elsewhere
