I got a call from them after requesting some info online, I no longer needed their services since I had already figured it out and when I said that on the call they just hanged up on me, not even a “thank you” or “bye”. If I ever need this service in the future, I am definitely not doing with them because such a poor customer service. Ew. Small details DO matter.
