Murrieta Moving Companies 2026

This is the absolute worst moving company ever. I would NEVER hire them again! The moving truck driver drove off the road for an unknown reason and got the moving truck stuck. The moving company stated it was my fault the truck got stuck and I had to pay $1,200.00 to have a tow truck get the moving truck unstuck or else the property inside the truck would not be unloaded. I took numerous photos to show that the driver had no business driving where he did and I had no idea why he did what he did. I do not understand why they think it’s my fault that their driver is either inexperienced or wasn’t paying attention? I tried calling the company and speaking to someone in charge and was told numerous times somebody would call me, but nobody did. I was then told that the owner was aware of what happened and would not do anything about it and would not even call me to discuss why I had to pay for their drivers mistake. So this company’s motto is if their employee makes a mistake, they push the cost off to the customer. So wrong! Even the tow truck driver was shocked that the moving company was forcing the customer to pay for the tow truck driver’s mistake! This company has horrible customer service and I cannot believe they’ve been in business as long as they have because they treat their customers terribly!!! I will be taking this company to small claims court, this was so wrong and the person in charge won’t even call me to discuss this matter!

Decade in, decade out, U-Haul is the worst national consumer business in America. Called about a rental, got a phone system wasting my time with a bunch of recorded information. -3 stars. When it finally routed to a supposed human at this location, it rang x times, then hung up on me. - 5 stars. Unfortunately Google minimum is 1 star, so they get an unfairly positive rating.

I scheduled a piano move via Aaron and when I tried to confirm details days ahead he does not respond.

Really bad experience. They outsource our order to another unreliable moving company and cannot update any information for our moving. Really annoying and untrustworthy. Please do not choose.

I really like this storage, it's always clean, the staff is friendly, Mrs. Sandra is always polite and patient.

These guys were fantastic.... Very professional and respectful.....Most importantly they listened to helpful input.....I will be using this service moving forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of moving services.. I had a front loading washer moved from 1st floor to 2nd floor 75kg...these 2 guys handled it no problems.... Well worth the price!!! I want to give Shawn a quick shout out because he worked with me late into the evening to try and get me a couple guys..definitely went the extra mile.
