I HAD TWO UNITS AT THIS LOCATION. I HAD BEEN CUSTOMER SINCE 1994. (NORTHRIDGE EARTHQUAKE). THE SECOND UNIT WAS RENTED IN 2018 AFTER I RETIRED. YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL. I RECENTLY DECIDED TO COMBINE MY TWO UNITS INTO ONE AT A DIFFERENT EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FACILITY CLOSER TO MY HOME. I JUST RECENTLY MET YOUR MANAGER (ROSA) WHO WAS VERY ACCOMMADATING IN HELPING ME CLOSE MY LAST STORAGE UNIT.

I am writing a 1 star review solely based on the phone number connected to this company. I have recently been trying to get into acting and modeling, I received a random text message saying to call this number to get booked for a casting. When I called they were trying to sell me expensive packages in order to be booked for high paying roles. I looked up the number and saw it belongs to a moving company and I’m not sure why it’s associated with trying to scam people into modeling and acting careers. I never even applied to the company they said they were associated with. So I’m not sure how they got my number but I’m sure many people are falling for this scam.

Mr. Wayne is one of the most incredible professionals I have ever worked with. I requested for him to do a packing job for me on a shipment that was going cross-country where I was purchasing goods from a 3rd party. Their estimate was incredibly fair and he purchased all of the materials he needed for the job beforehand.

First of all, he was punctual (arrived 10 min early for the job). Secondly, he did an incredible job wrapping and packing and took extra care to make sure the job was done right. Third, in my absence (given I was across the country), he went ABOVE AND BEYOND by waiting for an extra 45 min to ensure that my shipment was picked up from the 3rd party location by the trucking company and did not leave until it was done even though it was not his responsibility.

I HIGHLY recommend using A Packing Service to anyone that wants a top notch job done by an honest and caring business owner and team.
