Jenn went above and beyond for my dad & I. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each storage option and show us each unit. Jenn took extra time at a very stressful tim for our family in making sure our unit was set up correctly monthly and followed up with us. True customer service at its Best!

It took me some time to get this review posted but after dealing with this company, I hope no one ever has to go through what I did. I do not recommend this company. Avoid them at all costs. They were not timely, they were rude, and they were rough with several things damaged. They denied all damages claiming it’s been there already. It has been such an inconvenience to deal with them. I wish I did more research. It’s my fault for calling a number I saw randomly on a beat up truck. They are not professionals. You get what you pay for.

Employees are always friendly and courteous. In addition, when there isn’t a cart available….I make a quick call and someone arrives promptly with one.

Excellent customer service.

I went by about 2 months ago and looked at a unit. I told Brandi the type of unit I needed (one I could back a tailor into). She put me on a waiting list. When she called me back last week and told me she had one I was pumped. I came by with my 5yo son and she took us on the golf cart to go see the unit. She took the long route because he was loving it. I went back today to sign the paperwork and drop my trailer off. The staff is professional and friendly.
