I just finished having them handle my move to WA. Everything about it was awesome! Rene was thorough in his inspection to give us an accurate quote and laid out all of our options in a great way. Our driver, Fred, and the crews that did the moving were fast, careful, and efficient. Everyone was super polite, punctual, and communication was a breeze. If you're moving, give them your business and you won't have any regrets.

I can't recommend Leibrandt Transport and Moving and Storage any higher. There is not likely to be a better company in Santa Cruz County to handle your move. Sasha and his crew are so careful with your property, and efficient. They made my office move as painless as I could ever imagine.

If you enjoy continually rising rates with no explanation, little to no customer service, and dealing with sketchy individuals every time you try to acces your unit..... then this is the place for you!

Would give Negative - - - - 5 Star. Late, no show, rude, unprofessional and made wrong accusation so he never admit his fault. Found at another platform and regret not looking up the reviews elsewhere. Terrible service ever!! Read all the 1-star reviews. They are all true. (And the owner sent very rude message and accused me after I gave negative review, I am very concerned and this business shouldn't be running in the neighborhood)

831 moved us from San Jose to Felton where we stored our belongings until they again moved us into our new house in Aptos - all within ~2 months. To start, we got a super clear - and reasonable - bid that told us exactly what we were paying for. They were communicative / responsive leading up to the move, and punctual on the day of. The guys in his crew were hard working, nice people, who went above and beyond to wrap and otherwise protect our belongings. When we finally landed in Aptos, they moved and installed a washer and dryer and put together 2 beds, which was above and beyond. We couldn't recommend them strongly enough and will absolutely use them again when we're in need. Thanks 831!!
