Scam. Fake business front for money laundering

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They operated under the Mayflower/Unigroup company's and are truly the very worst of the worst.
Trust me when I tell you they are the worst of the worst. We made the mistake of hiring them to move our whole life's belonging from California to Missouri and everything went totally sideways starting with the guy that wrote the order and their home office Unigroup. The salesman claiming free storage for a couple weeks if needed but when we tried they changed the program costing us hundreds of dollars to accommodate their delivery dates. Out of nowhere and without permission they put everything into storage for 2 days. NOWHERE DOES THEIR CONTRACT MENTION STORAGE FEES! NOWHERE! 2 DAYS and a lot of our belongings got either damaged, destroyed and missing.

They then have the nerve to demand $2,300.00 additional money for the 2 day storage or we weren't getting our belongings. Holding our life's belongings hostage has to be a crime and we have filed charges.

Now they took this entire spree to a whole new level sending an invoice claiming we still owe them even more money, $699.71 to be exact. By doing this, we can't file for any damages or missing items because the contract states if we owe any money we can't file. We have thousands of dollars in damages and missing items but just today, some 'Customer Care' person responded to the Better Business Bureau complaint claiming the law prohibits them from refunds and that they are going to go after us for the additional funds even though their very own salesman's email claimed that the $2,300.00 was the total owed.

Look at the documents and damaged items. There's a lot more but at this point we're waiting for the authority's to let us know if criminal charges will be filed.
