You guys really should rethink your PR and customer relations strategy that you have going on. One doesn’t need to dig deep into reviews to see what kind of company you’re running. “This is the kind of thanks we get..” seriously, that’s your response? A junior high kid would have more tact than that. You have no leg to stand on when claiming you recommended two trucks. You didn’t do an in-home consultation that’s an industry standard and your own mover said I was right about the work bench and remaining items. And if by a “few lighter items” you mean an entire box of expensive speakers left in the basement, a large box of expensive decorations and two lamps left in the master bedroom, a large box of clothing left at the top of the stairs, and multiple large items in the garage including an expensive baby bassinet, then sure, you can run with that. I asked one time about a blog collaboration that would put your business in front of over 700,000 people. You said no so I didn’t push and just moved ahead as normal. I bet you guys were really excited to try and throw shade at a blogger with that comment though. Looking at your reviews now, you really could have used some good PR. ORIGINAL POST: Let me start by saying the quality of the packers was amazing. They were very talented at filling every inch of the truck. My problem was with their customer service around a packing decision. The movers told me that our load was going to be tight so I told them not to pack my work bench if it got close. I went out to run errands and came back to them having packed the work bench and leaving several important boxes around the house and garage. The items left out were important and expensive, so I couldn’t just leave them. The next day I had to scramble to find a trailer hitch for my car, get it installed, and find a U-haul to rent. This was a nightmare and cost me an additional $1000. It delayed my drive a full day and made my wife have to cancel her vacation. When we got to our new home, the mover that drove the truck admitted that we would have been able to get everything if we left the work bench behind. I called the main office to ask for some sort of reimbursement for the U-haul and/or trailer hitch since their own mover admitted to the mistake. They refused to take responsibility claiming they recommended two trucks (they never actually came out to view my property and actually only quoted me for one truck) and instead decided to just not respond to my emails. On top of all the fiasco, they failed to add a $500 discount that was agreed to before the move. I had to ask multiple times over the span of several weeks before they finally credited my card. Terrible, unprofessional service. I would highly discourage anyone with a decent size move from using this company.
When looking for a long distance mover it was important for me that a in home assessment is done for an accurate moving quote. Very few companies were willing to come to our house. Avi from GPS drove over 120 miles to visit our home and provide a quote ( that in itself showed me that GPS moving might be the one). The price was fair. The information and advice he provided was very helpful for us in making this cross country move a success. The movers were on time and very professional. The delivery was pretty quick and with no damages. Overall very pleased with my selection and will recommend.
Such a great team of professionals. These guys made sure everything was safe and secured. They took very good care of all my stuff. Everyone was prompt and very efficient. I am so glad I hired them for my move. I will recommend them to others!
They don’t deserve a 5 star rating . They told me that they will be at my place between certain hours but they are late. I have to get off work to met them at certain times that they told me to stand by they don’t show up on time. No customer service at all
This San Diego based furniture removal company were a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, quick and very careful with all items they were moving for me. The owner and employees were very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone considering moving any types of furniture.

My entire move experience was excellent from start to finish. The loaders and driver were professional, friendly, fast and efficient during both pickup and delivery. All of my belongings arrived intact and quickly as promised. All in all this was the best move experience I have had among many moves over the past 20 years. I would gladly recommend Sullivan movers and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This past Sunday (yes, SUNDAY!), we had Travis and his team in our town home to move our belongings back into the home to which we were having renovations done. Travis came in, introduced himself and his team and immediately went to work. Several things stood out. First, EVERY member of the team was professional and courteous. They treated us with respect. There was no "NO" with this team. You want that moved? No problem. Extra things packed? No problem. I'm sorry, I didn't mention that in the contract. "No problem. These guys made a difficult move easy. That's all we heard during their time with us. "We're here to make your life easier". "We'll take care of it so you don't have to worry about it". I've only used one moving company in the past and that was 28 years ago. I never saw them or spoke with them. This group would do whatever we needed and then did it. No questions asked. And it was INEXPENSIVE! Do the math! Let Travis and his team come in, pack (or not) and move you into your new home so you can concentrate on your stuff. They absolutely have the move part covered. Hope I don't need to move again, but if we do, we'll definitely be using Vector (and we'll be requesting Travis!).
Do not use mission transportation!! Adam agreed I was treated in an intimidating, unprofessional, hostile manner and that the items missing should not have happened. This was not some “damaged items” I was asking for reimbursement. It is nothing short of theft and the angry threatening delivery drivers, refusing to unload because of my blankets, throwing items intentionally in wrong rooms, stacking wardrobe boxes I could not get down. Your response of extra insurance is not needed, only if there’s a fire or accident with truck would I need extra insurance or to use my homeowners. This is a scam!!!! This was intentional abuse and theft of my large items, neglect to check stickers, and unprofessional manner not even checking off items properly. My big screen tv and ladder and scooters were all large items, labeled, impossible to “lose”. I’ve tried for months to work with you and recently my email was blocked. You owe me $800 as promised. I hope you honor your word, as you asked me to write a review for Yelp, and I have until I receive my money as you promised!
