So in summary, would I make use of Zippy Shell in the future absolutely as long as I knew I had Josh in the wings. My valuables showed up and even the company they contracted to off load my furniture was amazing. So to those of you thinking about a move call Zippy Shell / Pack Rat.

We moved from Northern CA to Las Vegas. We could not be happier with the service we received from Valley Relocation, North American. We had some difficult items to move and they handled them perfectly. They showed up on time, were professional, polite and accommodating. Everything was carefully wrapped, protected and there were no chips, scratches or marks on the furniture, walls or stair rails. The crew was well coordinated, wasted no time and completed the loading and unloading very efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very organized and efficient, all their clerical employees were courteous and knowledgeable as were their warehousemen. I was in and out of there monstrous facility in 30 minutes and was assisted with a pick up right to my vehicle including loading. The morning I was there the temperature outside was approaching 100 yet the building was cool and comfortable even with many of the rollup doors wide open. Are you moving to a new location with time between moves? They can load up, store up, and deliver up on your schedule, no matter how big or small the job.

I highly recommend this moving company for any relocation needs. The movers were very professional, hard working and patient with where we wanted our furniture placed at our new location.
