Couldn't ask for a more secure, clean and accommodating storage facility.

Friendly, professional, and treats you like family. Things I didn't think of, while moving, they were on top of it. I've used them twice and I will continue to recommend and use for all my moving needs!

We have had such a great experience working with Robert! He’s kind, attentive, and willing to help in any way he can. We can’t recommend this Berthoud storage location enough!

Update: Owner claims he was in hospital which is an unfortunate situation, glad he is okay. HE DID return my deposit. Still only giving two stars because:

1. Customer service interaction before them not showing up was still not good.
2. As a small business owner, I would have handled this very differently. I understand health comes first, but this is a company with multiple employees. If the lower level employees can’t be trusted to look at a calendar and go to appointments or call and cancel they probably can’t be trusted with my stuff or there are some organization/ administration issues that need to be addressed within the company.

SCAMMERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company confirmed my original date and when I asked to reschedule although they confirmed for the new date they were extremely rude. After paying my deposit this awful company DID NOT SHOW UP and did not call or contact me and has yet to answer the phone or return my calls and I had to file a chargeback with the bank. DO NOT HIRE!!
