Our move was some what of a logistical nightmare. What had me worried out of my mind and afraid to move in the first place was no big deal for Beyond Moving. Not only did they make the impossible possible, but they did it with the utmost professionalism and care for my belongings. These guys stick to their word and go beyond for their customers. I don't want to deal with moving, so if I have to do it again, I'm calling Seth and Beyond Moving.

Ricardo, Rios, and Danny were extremely hardworking. They showed up on time and worked throughout the freezing cold to make our moving process as seamless as possible. Highly recommend this team. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Worth it!

Good pre-sales communication, but the day before the move, they wanted to change the start time. Day of the move, they showed up with one less person (and charged the corrected rate).

I was quoted that the time would be charged 'from the time they leave the facility to when they return to facility'. I timed them carefully, and they basically added 30 minutes ($90) to the bill: 1) they stopped to fill up gas on the way over 2) they called the time from when we finished at the house and added ~40 minutes to return. We are only 20 minutes max from their facility. I didn't argue at the time, but it left a foul taste in my mouth.

They did a good job with the actual move, were nice guys and relatively careful.

SLOW, unprofessional, discourteous. I ended up just asking them to leave things outside of my house, rather than coming inside. Lost key components to a machine, took a coffee break and then proceeded to eat while moving my things, sat down every 15 minutes. THE WORST. I called the owner and he seemed unconcerned, except for if I tipped the guys.

I ended up helping move things off of the van, as it was SO SLOW. And they left everything a mess, because they slow rolled what should have taken 45 minutes.
