This location is always quiet, clean, and professional. They treat there customers with respect and always give you the best deal on your storage unit.

This was really a great experience all in all. The move itself went super well and nothing was damaged at all. The only constructive criticism I might have is that when we requested our trailer to be delivered on a specific date, we had to call back in 5 separate times to verify as many times they just didn't have us in their system for some reason. Once we got Mandy (Operations Manager) on the phone, I felt better and secure. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. The owner was a great sales man and he sold me however he didn’t live up to his expectations/promises at all. I stressed to him that it was a new house and I wanted to take extra precaution s to protect it. He told me he would put moving pads down on the hardwood floor and plywood on top of it to protect the floor. He also told me he would pad the door jams. Neither of those happened. I had two crews. One was moving stuff from our apartment to our new house and one was moving us from our storage unit to our new house. Both crews showed up late. One was over an hour late; the other one was about 20 minutes late and no phone calls informing us of the late arrival. One crew was actually pretty good and tried to protect our new house. The other crew was completely careless and unprofessional. They were using foul language the entire time. My wife wasn’t even comfortable being alone with them and I don’t blame her. I keep telling them to work together on the large items and to be careful yet they keep trying to lift stuff on their own dinging up my new house. They put many dings in the door jam and they put a huge dent in my stained hand rail. The only thing I complained about was the hand rail because it was massive. The owner told me he would take care of it but never did. I left two messages for him to call me back once I received quotes but I never heard from him. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.

This company verbally disrespected the military community and their families. They had the mindset they weren’t going to have time to pack the house in one day and took several excessive break to make sure that was the case. They arrived 30 minutes late and left an hour early. They told me my job and time was irrelevant to them because I was moving soon anyway. They did not work with haste or purpose to get what they could done (lolly gagged around when they could). Inconsiderate with smoke breaks. Everything was already sorted folded in bags and ready for boxes, the easiest packing job they could have gotten. No big items were going minus a motorcycle and dirt bike. This was the most disrespectful move I have ever experienced in the military. Would not recommend them to anyone in the Colorado Springs area. 0 Stars if it allowed.

Dylan and his team were always exceptionally helpful with all my storage needs. The place is always clean. Even the janitor would check to see if I needed anything and make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend them!

It was great

Becky was amazing. I had so much trouble trying to find a clean unit in town. I came by last minute and she helped me out like it was no problem. Any other place would have turned someone away that or told them to come back the next day. But my car was full and after hours of trying to find a clean unit in town I should have just chose public in the first place.

We are so impressed and pleased with the help we received. We found a fantastic treadmill in great condition at a thrift store after having talked for a while about starting to save to invest in one. We decided to buy it and then needed to figure out how to get it home. We don't have a vehicle that could transport and don't have the physical ability to get it in our house and down to the basement. I called a couple of moving companies and received ridiculous quotes to help us move. Called Sherpa Guys and the price was reasonable and they were local. The guys that came to move it did an AMAZING job. They were so nice. They needed to remove the railing, got it re-installed just fine, and we were beyond impressed. Thank you!
