Had a great experience with Underfanger. I needed several men to come out to pack and load my 20-foot UHaul truck for a move to Texas. They seemed to be one of the few moving companies in the area that offer this service. The men were right on time, were quick, efficient and friendly, and now that I've arrived in Texas and have unpacked everything, I'm happy to report that they did an awesome job packing my belongings. Everything arrived intact and in great shape. Would use them again.

I was hoping to use them this June for moving my family. I contacted them about 7 weeks prior to my anticipated moving date. I told them this date ahead of time. They failed to ever get back to me. My wife gave birth, and I didnt get in contact with them for a week or so to follow up. I follow up to find out that they just didnt care enough about my business that they would not even call as they were filing up. They are now completely booked for June and have left me with no one for movers.
Our move back to Idaho was a god experience. Roosevelt was awesome and quick. All of my questions were answered and very informative. Julie was awesome as well and helped me get a better understanding of everything. She was patient and knows her stuff.
Bekins moved my son and daughter-in-law’s belongings yesterday. The crew of three were amazing (wish I had asked their names). They were careful with the things they moved and with door frames, floors, etc. They were very nice, accommodating and professional. We were very impressed and thankful. We have had four interstate moves in the last 10 years. Jenkins and Key is, by far, the worst experience we've ever had. The workers were the slowest we've ever had, taking, at least, twice as long to load and unload than any other move. The owner called to get payment six times before they even finished unloading. They seemed inexperienced in protecting furniture and properly setting up appliances/furniture after unloading. I was guaranteed by owner that the final cost would NOT be over the estimate; it was and I wasn't able to dispute the overcharge because he had already gotten payment from our company (the six calls harassing our employer). The owner called our employer the day after the move hoping "we" were happy and they'd be considered in the future. No call to us, the actual customer because they knew they had done a very bad job. The actual workers were very nice and tried their best; management was bad.
It's about the worst mistake you could ever make. They could care less about when your stuff gets there. You're better off with a bigger, better company.
