They stepped in and got the job done with 1 day notice! Ray and Adrian were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for any move, big or small. I know we will use them again for any future moves we may have.

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKS THERE IS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I dropped off a package for a loan closing to be overnighted. He 'assured' me that the package would be mailed 'overnight priority' for next day delivery. The package never arrived at the destination. I went back to the location to inquire about the package. The gentleman gave me the number to FedEx. I called FedEx and FedEx informed me that the package was never picked up at the location. I went back to the location and the gentleman was extremely rude when I told him that the package was never picked up. He angrily asked me to come to where the packages were located and said 'see, I told you that your package was not here. He said 'These are all of the FedEx 'ground' deliveries.' I am no expert but I told him that I did not think the package was going FedEx ground, because the package had to be across the country for a noon delivery the next day.. He angrily went to another location in the store where 'overnight priority' packages were located. There were at least 20 packages in the bin. My package was in that bin. The gentleman did not apologize and simply said the FedEx guy did not pick it up.
I would suggest to NEVER use this package delivery store. Go to an actual FedEx, UPS Store, etc. for shipping.
