Ken and his crew were excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and just plain nice. They were very detailed and asked great questions while packing. I was shocked they packed a 2000 sq ft 3 bedroom house in 5 hours. When it became apparent the car was not planned as part of the move, Ken problem solved to find a solution to meet my demanding needs.

They were a no call no show. Not even a phone call to say that they were not coming. Very unprofessional. If I could have given them a zero I would have. Will never use them again.

Try to rent a 26 ft U-Haul truck for 8:00 in the morning on Saturday, they said they'd have it. Then they change the time to 9:00, didn't tell us. They didn't have it at 9:00 left, saw 26-footer going in on the road. Went back finally got it about 9:20. I have 50 people waiting to help him move what's an hour late. Terrible experience never going to use U-Haul again!
