Currently dealing with an incredible story of how my stuff is moving from Maryland to California and they have no information from dispatch about where the cargo is.

The packing was quite swift and the loading was quite professional, but I am mystified and worried about my stuff. Perhaps they brokered the transport but they were doing really well in my eyes and suddenly seem to have dropped the ball.

My car is already in New Mexico (and moved one week later) and my stuff is “we don’t know”, which strikes me as unusual. They don’t seem entirely worried, so is this normal in the industry?

In the end we will see, once the stuff appears and unloads I look forward to evaluating the whole story.

I will start by saying call them now for a free, no obligation quote. The process was straight forward and we felt zero pressure to make a decision on the spot. We met with the owner, Jose and he did a walk through of our apartment and storage area and provided a quote on the spot. He was very courteous and professional. He asked all of the right questions to get an idea of exactly how many movers he’d need and even recognized our most valuable items and offered additional protection packaging. No hidden fees and the price was fair. Moving day was very simple and we didn’t have to do anything. The men worked hard and got everything done in less than the allotted time. They made sure that ALL items were in the appropriate rooms prior to heading out. I will definitely use them again in the future.Thank you so much Jose and Team for a flawless move!
