I had a wonderful experience with Nikolai and Vladimir. These two went above and beyond in helping me with my move. They showed up, and I was way behind with my packing. They packed several boxes for me, and even took out a bunch of trash for me at the end of the day. They were very clear with each communication; from before they showed up until two days after it was done, they kept in touch and followed up with every step. They handled everything with care, and did an expert job in wrapping, handling and moving each of my items. In my new place, they set up everything impeccably, exactly as I wanted. Even with all of the unpacked boxes, coming into the new apartment already felt like home, because of the time and thought that they spent in getting everything set up for me. They were very friendly, and also professional and efficient. Their skill in packing the truck, and managing their time is top-notch. Packing and moving is never a fun process, but I’ve got to say-I hope I can be working with these two gentlemen again in the future. They give moving companies-and the entire industry-a good name, although I doubt there are many other companies that would provide what they have. Working with Nikolai and Vladimir at Pin to Pin moving has been a great experience, and I will be recommending them to everyone that I know who needs moving assistance. Thank you so much guys.
