Don’t even bother. You sign a contract with a specific amount for 6 months only for them to charge another amount the 2nd month and on in. When you try to get an explanation as to why- every person you talk to gives a different reason- and promises the next month will be correct and still fail to charge the correct price. Be careful of this establishment!!!

I'll never get them again mice got in my bin and ruined a lot of my belongings I had to keep the bin two extra months while I sanitize everything before I brought it in the house never again.

Avoid like a plague! Started with this facility 2 owners ago, the prices were amazing and staff was ALWAYS on hand.
Now, Extra Space has taken over, prices went from $65 to $130 for my 5x10 unit.
I tried to cancel my unit 5 different visits, only for there to be no staff in office.
I finally went in on Feb 3rd and there was an employee there, who stated he's been there 2 days now.
I closed my account, told him I'd been trying to cancel my unit, which I removed the locks and swept, and he questioned why I did so.
I told him I was trying to cancel the unit for almost a week, which he replied 'oh yeah we are short staffed'
I was still charged for all of Feb, which i tried reaching out for 3 weeks without reply about a refund.
After going back and forth with messenger on Facebook, they finally had someone respond to me, who was VERY rude and told me no refunds, there's 30 days in a month, and you decided to pick days we had no help.
Terrible experience, and a total rip off.
Constantly changing prices and policies (on the units it states you must provide written notice, they told me that's not the policy for them)
Avoid this facility and it's rude staff!

My move to Hanover, NH went flawlessly! The Custom Moving guys made the move stress-less, painless, and anxiety-less. They arrived on time and got to work in a flash...all my things were moved so quickly, I felt like I was watching in fast-forward motion! Nothing was harmed, damaged, broken, scratched, or dented...a perfect experience...I can't recommend Custom Moving enough. Thank you guys!

I strongly recommend Castle Express Moving company Penny and Joseph were very accommodating and professional.
I praise Sam and Tom for excellent moving work performance. These two gentleman were phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable and nice.
I never had better movers than Tom and Sam previously. Absolute Gems! Castle Express will get all of my moving assignments moving forward!
