Isadora Sarto has been my realtor for over five years. I moved to Western, MA in 2020 and rented a house from “Izzy.” She made the house renting process so very easy. It was an older home and often required repair workers. Within the day, Izzy had someone over to fix it.

In the fall of 2022, I decided to purchase a home. Izzy always presented reasonable possibilities and allowed me to explore each option with her careful guidance, never pressured. I finally found my home that had been fully renovated top to bottom. Izzy found me my mortgage broker as well as the lawyer. It all went so smoothly.

In the summer of 2023, I found a new work position out of state. I would be locating there for one to three years. We talked it over and decided to rent out the condo to someone. The person was a professional and Izzy sought to make sure that all went smoothly during the move. Unfortunately, while the tenant was away one weekend, her IPAD caught on fire which destroyed my townhome. An unexpected accident, but a clear dilemma. Once again, Izzy was there throughout the entire process helping me to navigate all of the players and situations involved.

It took one year to fully renovate my home and once again, Izzy came through to assist me in placing my home on the market. It took only two weeks to sell and Izzy got me way over listing price. Although I have been faced with several challenges over the past year, Izzy was right there to help me through them all. Not only an exceptional realtor and advocate for all of her clients, she is also my good friend. I trust her implicitly and she got me through the tough times. Thanks you so much Isadora Sarto. Worst experience of my life! They took my reservation for me to pick up in town. The day I'm ready to move they want me to pick up truck 30 miles away! They wouldn't compromise at all! I ended up having to go elsewhere! I will NEVER use them again!
